ADA parking areas commonly involve handicap stall spacing, access aisles, hatch marks, pavement symbols, signage placement, visibility, slopes, curb ramps, and pedestrian routes to the entrance.
Common problems include faded access aisles after winter, missing or misaligned signs, blocked routes, too few spaces after a layout change, and slopes that make accessible areas harder to use.
